The Skills4Cities project organized three focus groups in Bulgaria, Spain and Greece with the objective to validate the job profiles and the competency frame with EQF levels

In the Skills4Cities project, 40 competencies and their qualification levels were described. Obtaining an expert opinion and feedback regarding the identified competencies was necessary to ensure the accuracy of the obtained results.

For the validation of the results in the focus groups, some key aspects were brought to debate and the answer from experts was sought:
- Proposed competency model applicable and suitable for use and how relevant are the profiles of the three job roles related to the development, implementation and management of smart city projects
- Check whether competencies and specified qualifications for each of the three job roles meet the expectations of experts?
