The model under the project serves to clarify and test the group of competencies that the target groups should upgrade through a certified training to respond to the needs of cities.
SMART CITY DEVELOPERS
The development and implementation of smart cities engage a large group of stakeholders and experts. The process includes administration in the city government and in the related public institutions, companies suppliers of services and technologies, experts of the urban and regional administration, representatives of the urban economic environment, architects, engineers, free professions - economists, geologists, cartographers, lawyers, etc. Nevertheless, the most important professionals that the project identifies as a target group are project managers, advisers, and developers.

TARGET GROUPS
About 60 participants, including experts from the project partners and associated organizations, will be directly involved in the project. Another 100 members of the target groups will participate in two dissemination events in Sofia and Cluj. The main project activities focus mainly on studying, mapping, designing and verifying the two planned project outputs.
